How will my art work arrive?
Art packaging will be suited towards the shape and size of your print. This ranges from postal tubes, hard board envelopes with stiffeners or boxes for oversized pieces.
How soon will my artwork be dispatched following my order?
This will generally be within four working days
What shipping options are available?
There are two UK shipping options available, standard or tracked.
  • Standard 48hr shipping is £8.00 (inc VAT), which comes with a delivery confirmation (not signed) through a third party company.
  • Tracked 48hr shipping is £9.00 (inc VAT) this method is tracked and insured with the option of email delivery notifications for each order through a third party company
  • All international shipping is tracked and insured through a third party company:
  • EU Tracked (5 working days) £19.20 (inc VAT)
  • Worldwide (10 working days) £25.20 (inc VAT)
What is included on my certificate of authenticity?
The information included on the certificate of authenticity is as follows:

  • Certificate using Hahnemühle’s certificate of authenticity & hologram system made of premium deckle edged mould made paper with a Hahnemühle watermark and fluorescent security fibres.
  • A pair of hologram stickers with matching serial numbers are assigned to my work, with one attached to the back of your print and one to your certificate. The stickers are tamper proof (having small perforations that come apart should someone tamper with them).
  • Each serial number is recorded with the date and method of production, ensuring that a work can always be traced back to its source of production.

Will my artwork arrived framed?
Art works will not arrive framed
What is the best way to store my print/original art work?
Where possible attempt to keep the work away from direct sunlight, specifically for prolonged periods of time. ​
